We do not have junior staff. Every member of the CAAS team operates at the executive level. If you have not been in the room when it mattered, this is not the right fit.

Breadth Across Sectors

We value experience that spans multiple sectors defense, intelligence, technology, healthcare, finance. The ability to draw on diverse environments makes the work better.

Certifications That Matter

CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, CCISO, CEH, and equivalent credentials. We hold the certifications that demonstrate mastery, not just familiarity.

Communication at Every Level

You must be able to brief a board and then turn around and review architecture with an engineer. The ability to translate between those two worlds is non-negotiable.
